As a critical life sustaining business operation, we continue to operate at full capacity. As the crisis continues to evolve, we’ll remain focused on the safety of our employees, as well as our commitment to our customers. In support of this, we’re following the guidelines of the governments and health officials where we operate. We’ll also continue to evaluate and evolve our policies and procedures as necessary, communicating them to our customers directly and on this website. Status of Operations — Fully Operational
The people using our products are on the forefront of the crisis. As such, our operations are considered critical and therefore remain open. aycan is monitoring the situation closely and taking prudent measures to protect the health and safety of all our employees, as well as others whose work brings them to our facilities and in contact with our employees. We’ll continue to monitor our operations for any potential impacts. If there are any changes (shipping times/methods, customs, etc.), we’ll do our best to reach out to our affected customers immediately.
General Precautions
To help ensure the safety of our employees and visitors to our facilities, we’ve implemented some general workplace safety precautions such as additional cleaning and sanitizing; enabled remote work; no visitors without management’s approval; requiring employees on site to follow best practices for safe distancing and personal protection, and encouraging this outside the office; eliminated large group meetings; encouraging virtual meetings; no business travel unless absolutely necessary and authorized by management, and mandatory 14 day quarantine after travel.
